Recently stayed at the Akasaka Residence for a family trip. Excellent location with easy access to attractions via the nearby metro station. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Great communication and clear instructions from the host. Loved the balcony for relaxing and drying laundry. Spacious apartment with separate bedrooms, perfect for families. a fantastic stay!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at Akasaka Residence. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and surprisingly spacious. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and responsive, making our stay enjoyable.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

The unit had everything I needed, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. The private bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities, like slippers and a hairdryer. I really enjoyed the hot tub in the 2-star accommodation; it was a nice treat after a long day of work. The views of the city from the unit were fantastic, providing a pleasant backdrop to my stay. The bathrooms were modern and included a shower/tub combination, electronic bidet toilets, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment had air conditioning, a kitchenette, and kitchenware, making it convenient for preparing meals. Having an electric kettle in the apartment was a great bonus.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bidet in the bathroom, but I understand that others may appreciate this feature.

The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and the metro station. We felt safe and secure during our stay. The property was clean and the beds were surprisingly bigger and more comfortable than we expected. The convenience of having a laundry machine and kitchen amenities was a bonus.

I really enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of Akasaka Residence. The decor was charming, with beautiful Japanese artwork and traditional furniture that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself, with well-lit hallways and spacious elevators. I also appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or organized outings specifically catered to senior guests. The children working there were helpful and polite, but I would have loved to see more opportunities for socializing and engaging with fellow travelers in my age group.

I had the pleasure of staying in a charming Tokyo apartment, complete with a private entrance, a dining area, and a balcony. Plus, the whole place to myself! Fancy, huh?
Oh, how delightful it was to discover dusty curtains and a WiFi router area in need of a good cleaning. Such attention to detail!

Great location, just a short walk to the subway station with easy access to various metro lines. Conveniently surrounded by restaurants, convenient stores, and a supermarket. The property itself was clean, tidy, and quiet. The size of the apartment was larger than expected, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay comfortable.
The dining table and chairs were a bit worn out and could use some maintenance. the address provided caused confusion and led to problems with taxis.

Stayed in a cozy apartment with good proximity to subway and a delightful convenience store. Had a great time hanging my 2 t-shirts and eating family mart's delicious ready-to-eat food. Clean and comfy bed, plus a nice bathtub.
I had the pleasure of walking barefoot on the never-vacuumed floor and enjoying toothpaste remnants from previous guests. Truly a unique experience.

During my recent trip to Tokyo, I had the opportunity to stay at Akasaka Residence. Although I only stayed at this hotel for a transit during my travel, I found it to be very conveniently located. The nearest airport, Tokyo International, was only 25 km away, making it incredibly convenient for travelers like me who want to minimize travel time. Akasaka Residence was just 350 meters away from Akasaka-Mitsuke, a major subway station, allowing for easy access to various attractions in the city.
While my overall experience at Akasaka Residence was positive, there was one minor issue that I encountered during my stay. The lack of English translation on the "machines" and remote screens was a bit challenging, especially when it came to controlling the hot water and heating systems.
